Publications and Printing:

  • Effective 2002 April, ALL HM Brochures, Press releases, even stationery, MUST have
    • i. 800 number and hydromedonline.com prominently across the top and bottom of EVERY PAGE, no exceptions.
    • ii. On back side, IN LARGE PRINT, 800 number and "http://hydromedonline.com for sales and catalog; http://www.ent-consult.com for information on all Ear, Nose, and Throat problems.
    • For product packages, a LARGE area must be reserved on the back in a standard size for a sticker for this information or for distributor's info.

     

    The reason this policy must be so rigidly written in stone is because still, after all these years of promoting Hydro Med, people came to us at the April 2002 meeting and said, "Great product, but where can my patients get this?" In response, I reached for a brochure packet, and .... I couldn't see the web address anywhere. Another telling story: Another person came up to us said, "I don't really believe this works better than the bulb, but the bulb company's phone number doesn't answer any more. I guess if you guys are around and have a working phone and website, I'll send my patients to you only because you're the next best thing." See what I mean?


Vendor Guidelines

  1. All charges for products and services MUST be estimated in writing BEFORE you may consider any product ordered or requested, or before you may consider any agreement for a product or service entered into. Any transmitted form of written estimate (email, fax, or paper mail) delivered to Hydro Med or Bruce or Melissa Grossan is acceptable.
  2. The only persons who may approve any purchase or agreement for services over $500 are Bruce Grossan or Melissa Grossan. Any other person ordering services or making agreements, including but not limited to Dr. Murray Grossan and Glen Rocklin, is explicitly disallowed. No such agreements will be honored, and no payments will be given for any such goods or services. We thank you in advance for your cooperation with this policy.

Terminology

The Correct name for the irrigators is The Grossan Original Nasal (Throat) Irrigator Tip. While this makes no sense in English, the idea is that our brand is Grossan and we make the original.
