If your Hydro Pulse is less than one year old, it is fully warranted against defects, provided you have thoroughly rinsed it with fresh water after every use. After checking our customer service pages, if you still can't get it working, please contact us for a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Please include in your correspondence:
• Name and Address
• Date, place/method of purchase, order number, and receipt.
If your Hydro Pulse is a year and a day old, or if you have other extenuating circumstances, send us a polite and friendly email, and we may be able to work something out. We do want our customers to be happy.
We cannot accept any returns without an RMA.
We are sorry, but we cannot honor any return policy but that of Hydro Med, Inc.
We do not know of any repair facilities for the Hydro Pulse.
